Seafood Spaghetti.

Seafood Spaghetti

Ingredients:

· 2 Prawns 21/25

· 2 Scallops

· 4 Mussels

· 4 Clams

· 4 Pieces of white fish

· 5 gr Chopped Shallots

· 2gr Chopped Garlic

· 15 gr Unsalted Butter

· 10 ml from the Clams and Mussels Reserved the liquid

· 10 ml white Wine

· 30 ml Fresh Cream

· 10 gr chopped mix herbs (parsley, dill ,chives)

· Salt

· Pepper

· 10 ml Olive Oil

· 120 gr Spaghetti


Directions:


1. Cook the Clams and the Mussels with ½ cup water until cooked. Reserve the liquid. Remove the meat from inside the clams and mussels.

2. In a boiling salted water start boiling the spaghetti. Simultaneously, heat up the olive oil on a medium-high heat in a large sauté pan.

3. Add the Prawns, white fish pieces, scallops, chopped shallots and garlic and slowly sauté.

4. Add the wine, clams and mussels and the Reserve the liquid from the mussels and clams. Reduce the heat and simmer until the prawns gets pink.

5. Add the fresh cream and assemble with the unsalted butter.

6. Add the spaghetti into the seafood mixture, add the salt, pepper and the mix herbs and stir to combine. Stir Gently and place on a serving platter.
