Hello, my name is Panayiotis Christoforou, I am a Cypriot Chef, born in Limassol.
After 20 years of presence in the culinary art and work in the best restaurants and hotels of Cyprus, I take the time to share my experience and passion for cooking with you.
As a little boy I loved to cook, spent many hours with my mother in the kitchen, making messes, but learned delicious international recipes, using seasonal, fresh ingredients and preparing everything from scratch.
