Seafood Paella.

Seafood Paella

Ingredients:


  • 200g rice

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • 1/2 green pepper

  • turmeric powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 200g chicken fillet

  • 1 onion

  • 2 garlic

  • 1 stock cube chicken

  • 500 ml boiling water

  • oil

  • 100g prawn

  • spring onion


Directions:


  • Dice the chicken, onion, garlic and pepper

  • Fry the onion, garlic, chicken, prawn and pepper in oil.

  • Add to it the dried rice, mix well with oil.

  • Let 500 ml water boil and add chicken stock cube to it.

  • When the stock cube has dissolved, add the water to the mixture of rice, chicken, prawn and pepper

  • Let it simmer for 15 minutes

  • When done, garnish with spring onion.
