Seafood Paella.

Ingredients:
200g rice
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste
200g chicken fillet
1 onion
2 garlic
1 stock cube chicken
500 ml boiling water
oil
100g prawn
spring onion
Directions:
Dice the chicken, onion, garlic and pepper
Fry the onion, garlic, chicken, prawn and pepper in oil.
Add to it the dried rice, mix well with oil.
Let 500 ml water boil and add chicken stock cube to it.
When the stock cube has dissolved, add the water to the mixture of rice, chicken, prawn and pepper
Let it simmer for 15 minutes
When done, garnish with spring onion.
