Scones.

Ingredients:
500g self raising flour
50g caster sugar
80gr Sugar
10gr Baking Powder
110g Soft butter
310ml milk
1 Egg
Directions:
1. Mix the Flour, sugar, Baking Powder, Caster Sugar and the butter into a mixer.
2. Into a bowl add the mixuter of (Flour, sugar, Baking Powder, Caster Sugar and the butter that mixed in the mixer) and the milk until all blend together into a nice Dough.
3. Cut into Piece with Aluminum cutter .
4. Beat the egg and with a brush add into mixture of scones.
5. In Preheated oven (190c) cook the scones for 16 minutes.
